The University of Padua and the University of St Andrews invite colleagues and interested people to participate in an online International Staff Training Week on the topic of ‘Celebrating University Anniversaries'.
Administrative and academic staff members from Higher Education Institutions, students and interested people are welcome to watch any of the sessions of this four day event.
The event builds on the 800th anniversary celebrations of the University of Padua coming in 2022 and the 600th anniversary celebrations at St Andrews in 2013. Sessions will be dedicated to both academic and general topics, from collections and cultural heritage, to communication and global engagement, logistics, fundraising and alumni. The legacy of these celebrations will also be considered.
On the Monday opening session, there will be an overview of celebrations at Padua and St Andrews, and case studies from institutions around the world.
