UKRI Harmonised Impact Acceleration 'Town Hall' Meeting

The Research Impact Team wishes to disseminate to the research community here at St Andrews information about UKRI's newly re-branded Harmonised Impact Acceleration account 2022-2025.

Impact Acceleration Accounts (IAAs) are strategic awards provided to research organisations to allow them to respond to impact opportunities in more flexible, responsive and creative ways.

The University has made applications to the following councils for IAA funding: AHRC, BBSRC, EPSRC, MRC and STFC.

Responsibility for management of IAAs is held within Research & Innovation Services (RIS) to design and deliver activities that best suit institutional strategies and opportunities. The awards are intended to add value to existing funding and take advantage of new or unforeseen opportunities to facilitate the realisation of impact.

If you wish to know more about the Impact Acceleration account, please do join us. If you are not able to attend this meeting, join us at a second meeting on Tuesday 8 March, 12 noon to 1pm.

In the meantime, if you have any questions, please get in touch with either Laura Bates or Euan Donohue on the Research Impact team on [email protected].
