Sedentary September: Yoga on the Lawn
Join Yoga Instructor Rayna Rogowsky for a series of refreshing 30-minute lawn yoga sessions.
Designed to relax and revive you from a prolonged period of sitting, this 30-minute standing yoga session includes guided breathing, gentle stretching and movements to improve circulation and pep you up for the rest of the day.
To make these sessions as convenient as possible, they are being hosted on lawns around the University and exercises can be performed in office appropriate clothing.
No need to book, just turn up and join in for 30-minutes of movement, which will be on the lawn at the front of the building.
