Research Integrity and Culture Week 2027 Working or interested in research integrity or culture? Submit your proposals for Research Integrity and Culture week - to be held in March 2027
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN AND CLOSES ON 29TH OCTOBER
On behalf of the Steering Group and 16 Partner Institutions, I am delighted to share this invitation to submit event ideas for Scottish Research Integrity and Culture Week 2027 (8-12 March 2027): a national platform to showcase, share and celebrate the people, practices and partnerships that support positive research cultures.
We welcome submissions from across the research community, including researchers, academics, technicians, professional services colleagues and others who contribute to positive research cultures. We particularly welcome collaborative submissions involving colleagues from multiple institutions. Submissions are invited across three event types:
Programme Events: Online or in-person events hosted by organisations across Scotland and open to all participants during Research Integrity and Culture Week. Programme Events form part of the wider national programme and provide opportunities to share ideas, practice, learning and discussion with colleagues from across the sector.
Showcase Events: Interactive sessions, workshops, panels or activities delivered as part of the National Showcase Event in Glasgow on Tuesday 9th March 2027. Showcase Events bring participants together in person to explore key themes, exchange perspectives and engage with current research culture and integrity initiatives.
Practice spotlights: Short, engaging talks delivered as part of the National Showcase Event, highlighting examples of research culture and integrity practice from across Scotland. Spotlight talks are an opportunity to share innovative approaches, lessons learned and emerging ideas, showcasing the diversity of activity taking place across institutions, disciplines and communities.
