Nature in Blue Crafts (Over 7) October Holiday Workshops
Get creative with hands-on art workshops, inspired by the special exhibition at the Wardlaw Museum, ‘Divine Sky'. Learn about colour mixing, and how nature has played a part in many artworks. Have an explore of the exhibition, followed by making your own crafts to take away that involves patterns and the colour blue.
This bookable session is aimed at over 7's.
A responsible adult must stay in the Learning Loft with the children for the duration of the event.
Booking is essential. Accompanying adults do not require a ticket, only children participating in the activity.
This event is part of the programme accompanying Divine Sky by Sekai Machache, on display at the Wardlaw Museum from Monday 12 October 2026 to Sunday 9 May 2027. Across the exhibition period, the programme will explore many aspects of Machache's artistic practice, from her creative processes and use of materials to the themes and concepts that shape her work. The programme includes workshops, activity days, panel discussions and special highlight events, offering opportunities to explore, make, discuss and experience the ideas within Divine Sky.
