Sekai Machache's Divine Sky Contemporary art exhibition - Free
Taking inspiration from the 12 stages of the indigo dyeing process, award-winning artist Sekai Machache uses allegory and performance to tell a complicated history through poetry, storytelling, photography and film.
Come along to the Wardlaw Museum to explore eight years of Machache's creative practice, including sketches, textiles and photographs taken across the world.
The exhibition is accompanied by a dynamic programme of performance, poetry and art celebrating identity, history, culture and self-expression. Check out our events for more information.

The run is part of Season of Photography 2026, a celebration of photography running from Tuesday 1 September to Sunday 20 December 2026, to highlight and promote photography exhibitions and events taking place across Scotland.
