St Salvator's Chapel Choir
Claire Innes-Hopkins (director)

St Salvator's Chapel Choir performs Maurice Duruflé's haunting, Gregorian chant infused Requiem as part of their traditional concert for Remembrance weekend. The programme will also include the second major choral work by Benjamin Britten heard today: the cantata ‘Rejoice in the Lamb' in which 18th century poet Christopher Smart praises God by means of musical instruments, letters of the alphabet…and even his cat Jeoffry.
