Fletcher Street (2026) Documentary short film screening and Q&A - Free
Fletcher Street is a moving portrait of North Philadelphia where a tight-knit community uses horsemanship, mentorship and compassion to combat the violence and instability that is all too often the driver shaping the daily life of its young people.
Our screening of this documentary short film (35 mins) will be followed by a question and answer (Q&A) session with its director and producer, Jannat Gargi, who has 25 years of experience as an Emmy and Peabody Award-winning producer in the documentary field. She was Executive Producer of Summer of Soul (2021), which won Best Documentary Feature at the Academy Awards. Fletcher Street is her directorial debut.
