Fiona McDonald MA (Hons) LLB Dip LP ATT (Fellow) NP is a Partner at Fyfe McDonald Solicitors and an accredited specialist in Private Client Tax Law with the Law Society of Scotland. She is co-author of Inheritance Tax in Scotland (Bloomsbury Professional) and The Elder Client (W Green & Son Ltd), and previously taught Revenue Law at the University of Edinburgh.
