At the intersection of environmental humanities and modern languages, this event explores how student-led research can contribute to the contemporary rethinking of our relationships with the environment and the production of food.
Centred around a dissertation written by St Andrews student Eleanor Summers in 2024, we will converse with the author and representatives of St Andrews Edible Campus about plantlife, food growth, and the importance of econarratives of sustainability and environmental justice.
