Tips and tricks in Microsoft Loop Cuppa Teams is a fortnightly drop-in to raise awareness of digital tools
Teams often need to collaborate on the same agendas, notes and actions across meetings and conversations. Copying information between emails, chats and documents can lead to outdated versions and missed updates. Microsoft Loop helps teams work from the same content in different places, but it is not always clear which Loop option to use or how best to keep things tidy over time.
In this session, we'll discuss how Microsoft Loop pages, components and workspaces work together, and when each is most useful for team collaboration. We'll show how Loop components can be shared in places like an Outlook meeting agenda, a Teams chat or a channel post, and how those components stay in sync. We'll explore when it makes sense to move from a single shared component to a fuller Loop page or workspace, and cover simple housekeeping rules to help teams name content clearly, manage access and avoid duplication.
Join the meeting directly from the Cuppa Teams channel meeting link or contact Monica (mc298) on Teams for a calendar invite. Additionally, we'll have a session at Walter Bower House, in meeting room 5, on Wednesday at 11am. If you'd like a reminder, please reach out.
