Steps to Start Up
What does it take to turn an idea into a business or social enterprise?
Find out through Steps to StartUp
In these two half day sessions, you'll have the opportunity to learn about the steps that will move you closer to taking an idea to market. The nine steps to customer discovery will help you identify what problem your idea solves, who has that problem, what benefit your solution will be to them and whether or not it's worth pursuing.
Who is it for
Open to students, staff, alumni and the public
Participants should be interested in learning how to turn an idea into a venture. Having an idea to work on will give you opportunity to practice the tools you will learn, though you don't have to have an idea to attend.
Participants should be committed to attending both sessions in person, in the Entrepreneurship Centre, Walter Bower House, Guardbridge KY16 0US.
