Stand By Pay What You Can: £16/£13/£10
The brutally authentic story of four police officers struggling to remain in control as the community they serve disintegrates around them was first seen at the Byre in 2017 before it went on to win a Fringe First. The laughs, stress, politics and sometimes ridiculousness of any given day on the job offers the audience a small glimpse of what it's really like, showing the modern-day police service laid bare.
In this unique performance, audiences are asked to wear single-earpiece headphones, as police officers do, to tell this urgent story in a multi-sensory way.
