The Music Centre's community baroque ensemble presents a mix of old favourites
such as Handel's The Arrival of the Queen of Sheba as well as a few lesser-known but
equally deserving pieces by Durante and the Newcastle composer Charles Avison.
We are very fortunate to have as part of the Ensemble a full recorder consort who will
perform some consort music as part of the programme.
