Sports Centre: Give it a go session
There will be a range of sporting activities on offer for all student members and free activities for those who are not current members. This will included an extended ‘give it a go session’ when an additional 50 free sport sessions will be available to students who have never tried that sport or who are interested in simply giving it a go.
There will also be daily free group exercise classes with a maximum capacity of 30 per class, 21 for spin class.
The Student Sport Participation group are running a series of daily outdoor events every morning of Independent Learning Week. These will be free and will deliver non-traditional activities such as Foot-Golf, Disc Golf, Dodgeball rounders, etc, with the emphasis being fun. All sessions are suitable for students of all fitness levels and abilities.
