Reading group on Karl Marx's 'Capital'

This is the first meeting for Semester 2 of the reading group on Karl Marx's ‘Capital' which continues throughout this semester.

All University students and staff, whether academic or non-academic, are welcome to attend any session and to bring their lunch.

The themes to be covered this semester will include:

• the quality and intensity of work
• manufacture
• machinery
• profit and wages.
