The Exciting Ways Climate Change is Changing World Politics by Changing Us Professor Neta Crawford, Boston University

Humans have transformed the planet to the point that many fear apocalypse. Whether or not apocalypse is coming to a neighbourhood near you, climate change has already changed our politics. There are obvious changes at the level of global institutions. There are also a number of changes in world politics we have scarcely noticed but which may ultimately be transformational.

Neta C Crawford is Professor and Chair of the Department of Political Science at Boston University and the author of several books including Argument and Change in World Politics; Accountability for Killing, and dozens of peer reviewed articles. She has served on the governing council of the American Political Science Association, and on the editorial board of the American Political Science Review. Her op ed have appeared in the Boston Globe, the Los Angeles Times, and the Washington Post.
