Prof Wade C Rowatt (Baylor): 'Religion, Prejudice, Humility, and Art Seeking Understanding' School of Psychology and Neuroscience Seminar

Dr. Rowatt will take us on a deep dive into research about the social psychology of religion and prejudices — focusing on religious nationalism and xenophobia. He'll then survey recent collaborations about the positive psychology of humility & intellectual humility, and if time, his team's current research about how viewing visual art increases self-transcendent emotions. Dr. Rowatt will be in St. Andrews until mid-December 2022.
