Planning an online event
Are you planning to host an online event this year? Join colleagues from Accommodation, Conferences & Events (ACE) and IT Services for an overview of the University’s event platforms, Hopin and Teams.
Scott Francis (Senior Events Manager, ACE), Kerry Watson (Sales Manager, ACE) and Mark Cathro (IT Services) will cover how the platforms work, how you can access them and what features are available to you.
They’ll walk you through the following event types, including how to set them up and tips to help the session run smoothly:

- Interactive webinars (for example, a group training session)
