Join us for this weeks' Speaker Series where we will be joined by Tom Hardcastle of Ninety.
Tom is Senior Partner at Ninety; a social enterprise who specialise in innovation within the insurance sector to help it innovate and thrive. Ninety partners with insurers on what to innovate by taking the boldest ideas to market; on how to innovate by developing operating models and capabilities; and providing the energy and skills to innovate through its training proposition. Ninety operates globally across all insurance classes, working with leading bluechip insurers including Allianz, Aviva, AXA, Generali and Zurich. The organisations donates 90% of profits to help the world's poorest better manage their own risks and get out of the poverty cycle – hence the name, Ninety.
Tom graduated with a MA in Geography from St Andrews in 2000 and has developed his career in general management, building his corporate experience initially in utilities and more substantially in financial services and the insurance sector where he held Executive positions. Tom is now Senior Partner at Ninety and oversees the skills and capabilities offering. He holds a MBA from Manchester Business School, is an Executive Coach and holds a Diploma in Strategic Leadership from Lancaster University. He is passionate about unlocking the potential in individuals and corporates.
