Mermaids presents The School for Scandal On the Rocks 24: - Pay What You Can £12.00 / £10.00 / £8.00

The School for Scandal is a tale of salacious rumours, hidden identities, and chaotic fun. Following the scandalous lives of a group of gossiping aristocrats, it is a romantic comedy with witty dialogue, disguises, passion, and frivolous fun. Written by Richard Brinsley Sheridan, this comedy of manners was first performed in 1777, and and this modernised retelling from Mermaids Performing Arts Fund is just as goofy and silly a the original.

This event is part of On the Rocks, an entirely University of St Andrews student-run arts festival that happens annually, incorporating art, photography, music, drama, and comedy.
