Sea Power States: culture, identity and strategy.

Andrew Lambert is Laughton Professor of Naval History in the Department of War Studies, Kings College, London. He has published on strategy, historiography, technology and identity. His latest book Seapower States, Yale 2018, won the 2018 Gilder Lehrman Institute Prize for Military History, and will be the subject of his lecture.
