Introducing Outlook Newsletters --- share staff updates Cuppa Teams is a fortnightly drop-in to raise awareness of digital tools

Many teams across the University rely on newsletters to keep staff informed about projects, updates and upcoming work. A new feature within Microsoft 365 — Outlook Newsletters — is being introduced as a simple, structured way to create and share these updates.

In this session, colleagues from IT and Internal Communications will:

– Introduce Outlook Newsletters and how it works
– Explain how to request access and get set up
– Share guidance on creating effective, well-structured newsletters
– Outline how branding, accessibility and distribution will be supported
– Explain how to manage subscriber lists using distribution groups
– Whether you're already producing a newsletter or considering starting one, this session will help you understand how the tool can support communications across your School or Unit.
