Innovation through collaboration: Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs)

The University of St Andrews Research Business Development team invites you to Innovation through collaboration: Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs).

The event will include an opportunity to learn about how you can develop your research and create impact through Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) working with industry and not for profit or third sector organisations.

At the event:

  • Dr Anne-Marie Haughey, Manager of the East of Scotland KTP Centre, will provide information about KTPs, the benefits and also support available for preparing successful applications
  • John Liggat, Professor of Pure and Applied Chemistry at the University of Strathclyde, will share academic insights into the benefits of KTPs and industry engagement more widely

Event schedule:

  • 11am to 11.30am Dr Anne-Marie Haughey — overview of KTPs
  • 11.30am to 12.15pm Professor John Liggat — academic insights on KTPs
  • 12.15pm to 12.45pm Q&A session including light refreshments
