The Grief Group is an opportunity to find common ground in order to feel less isolated and alone. The group is open to all students who are grieving, and this does not have to be a recent loss. Change, such as starting university, often reopens buried feelings and the Grief Group will walk alongside you.
The Grief Group will be a safe place to discuss and share various aspects of grief: from its bizarreness to how it affects our friendships with others who have not experienced a loss.
