FastStart Programmes: Information Session
Entrepeneur (noun): Using innovation & creativity to create a better solution, gain profit or make a difference.
You don't have to have all the answers – just passion, curiosity and motivation – and the Entrepreneurship Centre will help you with the rest.
The Entrepreneurship Centre programmes provide you with the tools, contacts and confidence to start your entrepreneurial journey. With four programmes dedicated to different pathways, you will gain expert knowledge with support and guidance from some of the best coaches and mentors, who provide support to the world's leading organisations.
Join colleagues in the Student Union for burgers and beers and hear all about the programmes and support at the Entrepreneurship Centre. With the official launch of the FastStart Programmes applications for Semester 2, this information session will be all about the four programmes:
- FastStart Innovators -- for those interested in commercial businesses
- FastStart Changemakers -- for those interested in social enterprise
- FastStart Web Development -- to learn introductory coding skills (this is an introductory programme, relevant for complete beginners)
- FastStart Cloud Computing -- to learn about cloud architecture (this is an introductory programme, relevant for complete beginners)
The programmes will begin on Monday 24 January 2022 for eight weeks. For more information about each programme, check out the programmes page.
Students will be taking part in this semester's programmes so they can share their experiences. So come along and meet the team to find out some more about the Entrepreneurship Centre.
