Emotions can be powerful experiences. Society often judges men experiencing emotions as being weak. We can also judge our own emotions as good or bad, positive or negative. How were emotions viewed in our families and upbringing? These factors can form a powerful story around our emotions and colour our experiences of them.

Join Peppy healthy minds practitioners Jamie Jeffreys and Emma Smith as they explore different ways to look at emotions, and explore some of the emotional experiences of men.
