Entrepreneurship Centre --- Ideation Workshop

We are opening FastStart Innovators' first workshop on Ideation to anyone who wants to attend, to give you an insight into the programme and encourage you to apply to a future programme. This workshop will enable you to generate ideas by identifying unmet needs and respond to solving problems. This will allow you to begin analysing viable and scalable ideas that you can develop into tangible businesses.

Paul Bourne

Paul works in creative engagement in three key sectors; as a theatre director and producer, as a teacher in entrepreneurship and as a consultant in arts and business training and project management.

Paul is the Artistic Director of Menagerie, a Cambridge-based theatre company which creates and tours New Writing Theatre productions worldwide. Formerly Artistic Director of The Frankfurt Playhouse and Center Stage New York, Paul regularly freelance directs and teaches theatre in the UK, Europe and the US. Over the past 25 years he has directed and produced over 80 professional productions in 10 different countries. Paul is an expert in creativity in the workplace, enterprise thinking, collaborative working, communication impact and transformational leadership. He has most recently worked with a wide variety of retained clients focusing on two key areas: cultural shift with The Dubai Stock Exchange (DIFC), Liverpool Football Club and Sberbank (Russia), and communication impact programmes for management and staff with Fairtrade, United States Armed Forces, Novartis and Zurich Insurance. His work as a master coach in EPIC Presentation Skills has been utilised by Chief Executives and Board Members of Novartis, Procter & Gamble, Fairtrade and Philip Morris.

Chris Coleridge

Chris was an entrepreneur as a young man in the 1990s, became an academic in entrepreneurship and strategy after exiting his business, and recently returned to the “practical” side of entrepreneurship alongside his continuing work in Cambridge Judge Business School.

There are three streams to his professional work: entrepreneurship teaching and advisory work, running a venture builder, and strategy/innovation management teaching and consulting.
