Elbow patches are the new black: transitioning to net zero Centre for Energy Ethics - Energy Café

Through a visually stunning interactive talk, environmental photographer and renewable energy expert Ted Leeming will explore the successes, failures and truths learned in transitioning his photography practice and lifestyle to net zero over the last five years.

Ted is an environmentalist with a passion for renewable energy who uses a camera. From renewable energy volunteer in the 1990s, to Co-Founder of multi-national renewable energy consultancy Natural Power, he draws on a plethora of energy industry experience.

Ted's photography has won numerous awards. Recently, he was shortlisted for the inaugural Art of Energy Award and his entry was chosen as the inspiration for finalist Neil Smith's composition for the Art of Energy – Call for Composers.
