Divinity --- Postgraduate EDI Open Forum (online) Equality, Diversity and Inclusion online forum for postgraduates in the School of Divinity
This is an opportunity for Divinity postgraduates (PGR and PGT) to help shape our School's EDI agenda. The plan is for you to discuss welcome and support, diversity in our learning community, and your vision for helping develop EDI in the School.
This online event supplements the on-campus, in-person forum held earlier in April 2022. Here's what one of the participants said after that forum: “It was good to gather in community to affirm each other's experiences and concerns knowing that the aim is an inclusive and just culture at St. Mary's. I left feeling like I had a better understanding of my colleagues. Most importantly, I think we all felt heard and had a sense that our participation was contributing to the betterment of the school.”
This event is organised by the School of Divinity's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee. It will be facilitated by Dr Eric Stoddart, the School's EDI Officer and Dr Robyn Boeré, the School's Deputy EDI Officer.
