This research seminar will welcome Professor Douglas Cumming, DeSantis Distinguished Professor of Finance at the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University.
Professor Cumming's research specialism is finance and entrepreneurship, with a focus on corporate misconduct, fintech and entrepreneurial finance.
The title of the seminar is ‘Stock market manipulation and corporate venture capital investments'.
The event is the first in a new seminar series organised by the University of St Andrews Business School Department of Finance.
