This research seminar will welcome Professor Andrea Schertler from the University of Graz.
The subject of the talk is ‘Institutional investors at the helm: navigating responses to foreign and domestic anti-money laundering violations', and it is based on joint work with Sandra Tillema.
Professor Schertler's areas of expertise include secret offshore companies (SOCs) and anti-money laundering (AML) rules.
