CSTPV Postgraduate Workshop
The workshop is designed for our residential and distance learning MLitt students on the Terrorism and Political Violence programmes. The day includes research presentations, a session on the dissertation, as well as providing the opportunity to hear from some of our alumni about how they navigated jobs and careers after they graduated.
I've attached the programme. As you can see, it's a day that promises rich intellectual stimulation with insights from a variety of disciplinary and scholarly perspectives. This includes an evening keynote speech from Dr Marta Furlan, Senior Programme Manager for Research at Free the Slaves, on Inside Salfi-Jihadist governance: The Strategies and Characteristics of Islamist Insurgent Rule based on her book, which promises to be fascinating.
