In recognition of the 20 years since the Centre for the Study of Religion and Politics (CSRP) was begun, alumni, fellows, researchers and other associates of the Centre are gathering 5th and 6th October to discuss the work of the CSRP to-date and future directions our research will take. All are welcome to book a spot though space is limited.

10.00am Opening remarks by Dr Gordon T. Barclay
10.10am Welcome by the Director of the CSRP — ‘Religion and Politics over 20 years and the public impact of the future'
10.45am 2024 Religion and Politics Lecture by Dr Kate Kirkpatrick (Regents Park College, Oxford)
12.00pm to 1.00pm Roundtables — Aspects of indigenous knowledge, and the rights of the poor and the marginalised
1.00pm to 3.00pm Interfaith and political lunches
3.00pm to 5.00pm Roundtables — Interfaith dialogue with Islam, Islamophobia and avenues for the different Kingdoms
5.00pm Concluding remarks by the Director of the CSRP
