Conference: Artistry and the Arc of the Atonement

The School of Divinity and the Institute for Theology, Imagination and the Arts are hosting a one-day symposium on the practical outworking of theological and artistic practice on 29 May 2020. The goal for this day will be to incorporate Christ's incarnation, resurrection, and ascension alongside the crucifixion as an 'arc' of atonement, showing how the crucifixion cannot be understood irrelative to the rest; and specifically how artistic practice encourages this cohesive model.
