Copilot is available to all University staff as a free web app, with a premium version offering additional features for more complex administrative work. Choosing the right version can be confusing, especially when tasks and expectations vary across teams. Staff often ask what the practical differences are and whether similar outcomes can be achieved without premium access.

In this session, we'll discuss common use cases for both the free and premium versions of Copilot. We'll compare key features, show how each version performs during everyday administrative tasks, and demonstrate practical workarounds that allow staff using the free version to achieve similar results.
