Colour Run - Students/U16 £5, 16+ £7.50
The fun run route will surround Saints Sport with various activities along the way such as colour powder stations, water, and an obstacle course. There will be the option to run one or two loops of the ~2.5km course. There will be stalls for various things on the day including a bake sale, games and photo booth. Lockers are available inside Saints Sport to hold belongings.
All money raised will help support our students to make positive and sustainable impacts whilst in Zambia. Our student volunteers will work closely with NGO Sport in Action Zambia, to support their aims and mission. As part of this, students will work collaboratively with Zambian volunteer coaches where they will share best practice, knowledge and coaching drills. This will ensure that coaches are equipped and can run sustainable sports classes all year round. This allows Sport in Action to gain greater reach and change the lives of children and young people in their communities by providing them with opportunities to partake in sport and/or take on a leadership/ coaching role within their community site.
