Aurora Women's Leadership Programme Information Session 2023
The University is inviting expressions of interest in joining the Aurora Programme for the 2023-2024 cohort. The external women-only leadership programme is facilitated by Advance HE.
The programme is suitable for women from staff grades 6 to 8 who would like to develop and explore issues relating to leadership roles and responsibilities.
The programme involves four online development days and two action learning set events, as well as offering opportunities to network with women in HE from across Scotland and the UK. A final face-to-face meeting will take place in Edinburgh.
This information session will give an overview of the programme as well as providing attendees the opportunity to ask questions of previous Aurora participants. The aim is to help potential applicants decide whether this programme is the right one for them and their aspirations in advance of submitting an application for a place. The deadline for applications is 5pm on Thursday 31 August 2023.
