Art History and Museology: teaching with collections A workshop with Charles University

This workshop brings together colleagues from the Department of Art History at Charles University and the School of Art History at St Andrews to explore how we use museums and collections in our teaching.

Colleagues will share existing creative practice and discuss new ways of bringing museology into the teaching of art history and vice versa. The workshop will explore the value of new critical frameworks and digital tools for telling different stories about art and cultural heritage, surfacing hidden narratives and communicating marginalised histories.
