Eva Reisinger will read from her books “Was geht Österreich” and “Männer töten”, for which she was nominated for the Austrian Debut Book Prize 2023. In her lastest book she tells the story of a little village in Upper Austria, where power relations are reversed and she takes a take on the question “What happens when women start to take revenge for violence?”.
“Männer töten” is also a book about female friendship, pressing themes of the present and full of pop cultural poetry.
The reading will be in German, however the short Q&A afterwards will be bilingual.
