2025 Boyd Quaich Memorial Golf Tournament
The 75th Boyd Quaich tournament is played over The Old and New Courses in St Andrews.
The strength of the field increases every year and the event counts for the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR). The tournament is played in memory of two brothers, Quentin and Anthony Boyd, both St Andrews students, who were killed in action during the Second World War.
We are very fortunate to have the support of a number of people and organisations, without whose help the Boyd Quaich Memorial Golf Tournament would not be possible. Each year a number of volunteers give up their time to marshal, ball spot and score, helping to ensure the tournament runs smoothly, and providing the best possible golfing experience to our competitors.
The St Andrews Links Trust and The R&A have been instrumental partners of the tournament since its inception in 1946 and we are hugely grateful for their continued support.
We are also very fortunate to be supported by The Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews who offer their facilities for the tournament.
We invite spectators to come along and watch some of the top student golfers from across the world take on the prestigious St Andrews Links courses at the Home of Golf.
