DESCRIPTION:There will be an Ash Wednesday Service held online via MS Teams at 5:30pm on Wednesday 17 February conducted by the Chaplains.   Please join us for this short penitential service of prayer, ashes and music.    All are welcome to attend this service.      Ash Wednesday is called because of the practice of imposition of ashes on the forehead, as a sign of penitence, and marks the beginning of Lent.  As we cannot offer an in person imposition of Ashes, we invite you to make the mark of the cross during the Service upon your own forehead with ash, so please be prepared.
