DESCRIPTION:We invite you to this talk by Dr Ross Gillanders, Senior Research Fellow, School of Physics and Astronomy, founder of Lightwater Sensors and winner of the Converge KickStart Challenge.    In this talk he will give an overview of the spin-out enterprise so far, going from the world of lasers and materials to the world of markets and business plans, and some of the ups and downs along the way.
