DESCRIPTION:This research seminar will welcome Dr Pejman Abedifar, of the Tehran Institute for Advanced Studies, Khatam University, who is Honorary Lecturer at the University of St Andrews School of Management. The topic will be, 'The sale of failed banks: the characteristics of acquirers – as well as of the acquired – matter'.    The seminar is organised jointly by the Centre for Responsible Banking and Finance (CRBF) and the Financial Institutions and Markets (FIM) research group of the School of Management.
