SUMMARY:Microsoft Shifts
DESCRIPTION:Do you use printed rotas or an Excel workbook to keep track of shifts in your team? Microsoft Shifts allows shift leaders to create weekly rotas for their teams within the Microsoft Teams app. Rotas are quick to create, can be used as a template for future weeks and allow you to create as many shifts as you need. A shift can be allocated to an individual or set as 'open' so that any team member can opt to take it. Shifts can also be easily swapped between team members if needed. One of the benefits of Shifts is that staff or students can view their shifts from their smartphone or laptop rather than having to take a photo of a printed rota. If you'd like to move away from paper rotas or Excel files, attend this session to see whether Shifts could be useful to you and your staff. There's no need to book, to join the meeting copy and paste the following link into your browser: https://bit.ly/ms-shifts https://events.st-andrews.ac.uk/events/microsoft-shifts/
