DESCRIPTION:Music Society’s popular Big Band of the University of St Andrews presents some of the best big band music ever written.    St Andrews’ finest jazz band will play brilliant repertoire, such as MacArthur Park by Jimmy Webb, Shofukan by Snarky Puppy (a popular hit with the jazz ‘youth’) and other fantastic big band numbers.    The talented University of St Andrews Wind Band presents a showcase of wind band and film music.    Featuring repertoire from La La Land, The Polar Express and wind band tunes such as Testament, this concert is set to be a delightful night with the bands.    Admission: £6, £3 (students), £1 (Music Society Members), free (MusicCard Holders). Tickets available on the door and on the Students' Union website under ‘Events’.
