SUMMARY:Economic interdependence and the origins of the First World War
DESCRIPTION:Join the Institute of the Study of War and Strategy for a public lecture with Dr William Mulligan discussing Economic interdependence and the origins of the First World War.    Dr Mulligan teaches modern international history at University College Dublin (UCD). His research focuses on the history of international politics in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. After completing his PhD at the University of Cambridge he taught at UCD and the University of Glasgow.    Dr Mulligan was a Member at the Institute of Advanced Study in Princeton in 2012, and in 2014, a EURIAS Fellow at the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin.
