SUMMARY:InFrame project - free training event -  Groundwork in facilitation 27th and 28th April
DESCRIPTION:This course (funded through the InFrame project) is for any staff member interested in developing skills which allow you to deliver successful events, workshops & meetings, even in complex or challenging situations with varied stakeholders.  Through this two-day course held at the University of Edinburgh, you will learn about, and how to employ, facilitation skills. Through interactive exercises, you'll build core skills in structuring sessions, managing dynamics, and creating an environment where ideas can thrive.  Whether you're new to facilitation or looking to strengthen your foundation, this course will equip you with the tools to engage groups and drive meaningful outcomes.  These sessions are delivered as part of the Wellcome Trust funded InFrame Research Culture Catalyst project: Embedding Collective Leadership. Travel to and from Edinburgh will be covered.
