SUMMARY:The Arnold Palmer Invitational 2026
DESCRIPTION:The Development Team are delighted to announce The Arnold Palmer Invitational 2026 on the Kittocks Course, St Andrews. This one-day friendly tournament brings together alumni, parents, students and friends of the University in support of our performance golf programme, Saints Golf. Teams of two will compete against the field in a two ball better ball stroke play format with Stableford scoring. The team with the most Stableford points will lift the coveted trophy during the evening's barbeque meal and prizegiving ceremony. Players will receive pre-round hospitality including tea or coffee and breakfast rolls, and an exclusive Arnold Palmer Invitational gift bag, before teeing off for 18 holes on the beautiful Kittocks Course. Players are then invited to attend an informal barbeque prizegiving dinner in the evening, all included in the ticket price. The barbeque and prizegiving will be at 6.30pm at The International Education and Lifelong Learning Institute (IELLI), Kinessburn, Kennedy Gardens, St Andrews KY16 9DJ. The cost per player is £200. Students pay £160 and will be required to show ID on arrival at the course. All profits from this event will help support the work of Saints Golf, the University's performance golf programme. The Arnold Palmer Invitational forms part of the Alumni Weekend Schedule. Further information and full programme details will be available soon.
