DESCRIPTION:Development is hosting a special Will Writing Webinar with local Solicitor Fiona McDonald, who will join Katrina Bell, Legacies Manager, for an engaging live discussion.    In this session we will explore the importance of writing a will, making provision for powers of attorney, practical guidance on estate planning, and an overview of inheritance tax.    Fiona McDonald MA (Hons) LLB Dip LP ATT (Fellow) NP is a Partner at Fyfe McDonald Solicitors and an accredited specialist in Private Client Tax Law with the Law Society of Scotland. She is co-author of Inheritance Tax in Scotland (Bloomsbury Professional) and The Elder Client (W Green & Son Ltd), and previously taught Revenue Law at the University of Edinburgh.
